BAD SIGNAL and Non Existent Service

I have been an iBurst client for many years. Yet, as of lately (last 9 months) the signal strength has gone down to such an extent that at times we cannot do anything on the internet. It takes 20 minutes to download an 59 seconds video. When I app**** for this service I was assured that we fall in a very good signal area and THAT is the reason that we decided to go with iBurst, it has never been like that, the signal was always bad but escalated over the past 9 months, thus just being \covered"just does not cut it anymore. Why must we have the expense of installing antennas"
