Bad service

<p>Subscribed my internet service with iburst and in the package I took, it involves free fax to email facility and was given a fax number and my clients have been sending me faxes and nothing is coming. Have reported the matter to the helpdesk and they asked me for my personal info for security purpose and did supply them. It’s now 2 and half weeks no word from iburst and have send innumerable emails requesting update with no reply. Is this how we’re treated as clients? It’s better to be told something than to be ignored. iburst improve your services please and communicate with your clients.</p>
