Bad Experience with unsatisfactory product

I bought a wireless router from them over a year ago and they refuse to believe me that this device is not working, the more i tell them that it is not working the more they tell me it is the signal in my area, but the device shows full signal and i cannot even open the browser. I have been on the phone to them continuously for the past year.
