Atrocious Service and reponse

We reported poor internet speed - Donovan sent out service technician (foc) to inspect and try and improve it,<br> Service technicians from CALSHI TECHNOLOGIES came out - after 2 hours left quickly and after they left<br> We had NO INTERNET at all !!!!<br> <br> We have a Business contract and here on the 25th of the month we are unable to do salaries, payment etc.<br> We immediately phoned, spoke to Donovan he asked us to hold on whilst he found out what technicians had to say...... 36 minutes later somebody else picked up his phone....Donovan HAD GONE HOME!!!!<br> <br> Have phoned twice with promise of somebody phoning back , These are promises made by ALFRED......STILL WAITING!!!<br> <br> iBURST not in the Least bit interested!!!
