Account calculation errors cost customers

<p>Hi</p> <p>Megabytes keep on disappearing from my account much faster than I am using them. I have not needed to top-up in months until unexpectedly in August. Then I checked and found that I am not using the megabytes, they are being subtracted incorrectly. Also in September, I had 5124, used 764 but only 3087 are left! These errors will cost me a fortune. There is no reply anywhere, I tried complaining twice.</p> <p>Secondly, the edit profile function does not work. My contact particulars are outdated but I can't update; Asked iburst twice by phone but nothing has been done. Please do not call me because you don't do what you say by phone.
