About to burst with iBurst! No Connection since May/June 2016!

<p>I have been trying to get a hold of iBurst for months as my internet is not working, they have endless excuses and/or just don't answer mails or media posts or calls. I am unable to use my internet, which you can check on your system as I haven't been able to use t in a few months, yet iBurst is very quick to deduct their monthly share f the **** I am fed up with the bad services and **** promices of this company. I never get a response, and I am on the verge of canceling their debit orders from my account as they are taking money for services not rendered. The one time I did get through to their offices, the person was completely rude and arrogant saying that he refuses to cancel the services unless I pay the whole service fee for the remaining duration in full! I REFUSE! I WANT TO CANCEL MY IBURST! Who can help me with this????????!!!!!!!!!!!!!</p>
