January salary not received

Hellopeter. I am writting in frustration as I have not received my January payment from Ibridge. I have been speaking to Samukeliso, our HR manager who confirmed with me that my salary was paid, but on my account there are no funds. In December I had a similar problem where they paid us on the 3rd of January and my salary was short, sent Samkeliso an email, regarding the matter but there was no reply. I have been asking for proof of payment since the 1st until today, they are not sending it I am really hurt as I have bills to pay, no food in the house. Pls help
