The State of Ibits Internet - Support

We have been a client with this internet provider for more than 3 years now. For the past two month we have been struggling with connectivity. We have tried every form of enquiry, but nothing has been done to resolve the problem. We have sent emails, called the support line. Send complete data sheets showing where the problems are, sent pictures, and still nothing.

We are house full of gamers and we were always able to play with no problems at all. We are now at our wits end. Will try to get their attention a few more times then it is cancel time.

I hope you can do something about this.
