Shocking service, unreliable internet

Ibits is ruining my life. I have a presentation tomorrow and am offline again for a second eve in a row unable to finish work. The cel no one used to be able to contact after hours no longer responses. I need to work evenings, so what does one do if no internet and no client service after hours. Shocking. Relying on being one of few providers in small town.
