Shame on you Ibits for providing no service

Ibits has no support after hours. Our capped wifi should be 75MBps and the last 2 weeks it fluctuated between 11 MBps and 53 MBps. I could not attend my zoom meetings as the wifi was too inconsistent. During the business hours there is no answer, and when you send them an email for support and to test your line urgently, they send you an automated response email arriving only 3 days later. After umerous complaints, nothing gets fixed. How can you operate an internet providing business and have hours only from Monday to Friday between 8 and 17h00? There is o after hours support when needed. When do you think people use internet at home, ormalky after hours.. i am so tired of this bad service...
