NO SUPPORT NOR SERVICE

Our internet has been dropping and buffering every night from around 7pm for the last few weeks and this caused missing the seminars that I paid and registered for. There is no support nor backup after hours and the sms provided number provided does not respond. After trying all the numbers during working hours unsuccessfully I can only say use a provider with better service, as Ibits definately does not provide any service when you need it. Why bother to pay so much for capped internet and not being able to use it due to buffering and inconsistent signal and service. Shame on you Ibits
