Ibits poor service delivery

This is a company that gives out contracts for uncapped lines but infact they cap you after you reach a certain amount of download reached. I'm paying for a 20meg uncapped line but infact I'm receiving a 5meg download and 7meg upload line. No service over the weekend. When you contact them about they will inform you how much internet service you used, you then inform them I'm on a 20meg uncapped contract and they will still continue to inform you that they will cap your line. This is in fact mell practice, ***** and false adverti*****t. In fact they are breaching there contract and so are you then entitled to keep there satellite dish that you hire from them. This is a poor company that lies, breaches contracts and gives out false adverti*****t and this infact is *****.
