ibits is pathetic!

ibits has been the worst experience of my life!! First they make the promise that I will reach at least 20mbps up and down load speed then they cant even deliver????? They do not respond very timely to your queries. I was told I need to wait at least a week before I will even get my username and password and I I still dont have it!

The best download speed I get is a 10Mbps if I am lucky and the best upload speed I get is a 2Mbps if I am lucky. I was very clear in saying the internet would be used for my business and they assured me they could deliver on my required download and upload speeds.

They tell me every time that it is my router that needs settings and I should bring it in to them. They then get my router and apply their settings but still no WiFi and the wired connection speed it extremely poor! I then get told I need to bring the router back to them as if I do not have work to do and can spend my day driving up and down to them all the time! it is not my router that is the problem!!!! Will they tell me to bring it in every freaking wee****

I tell them I want out of my contract because they did not deliver what was promised to me and I get told " well you signed a contract and you have no choice but to pay us for a minimum of 4 months" I cant even open up a google page with their internet which I proved to the tech guys who stood behind me when I showed them that not even google will open.

I just keep getting told "We are working very hard to fix your internet" How long should I wait? Until the 4 months end? How can you charge me for internet I can not even use????

Please stay away from ibits they are truly pathetic and they will charge you every month for internet you cannot even make use of!!!!!!
