Great customer service

I would like to commend Christie Kotze of In Ibits internet in Paarl Western Cape. Her customer service skills are impeccable and she treats clients with utmost respect and dignity. I sent an sms reporting my internet that was down... not only did she just open and close a call but she followed up to ensure that all was well and promised to follow up the next day to see whether all is still good.
