Disgusted with ibits

No stars for ibits! I cancelled my sub in September but I've still been billed for 2 months after that! Been trying to get a refund since early December, still no success just excuses and promises that my refund is on it's way! Owner/manager is unreachable and seems not to take calls.. Accounts department apparently closed in December, owner away on holiday (wonder if my money came in handy..) I was told I have to wait till Jan to get my refund, still waiting.. accounts dept not allowed to give me owner/manager contact number but I was promised he (JD) would call me back this morning within 10 min... that was 4 hours ago... really disgusted with the service of this business. When will I get my money back!!???
