Broken my Samsung S3

I took my Samsung S3 for Ian`s Cellular 2 weeks ago for them to see if they can see what the issue is with the phone not coming on. This phone was handed over in immaculate condition.<br> <br> I made contact with them to confirm if the issue could be resolved and still nothing. Ian informed that I may collect the phone and so arranged for my wife to collect. When I finally say the phone my blood started boiling.<br> <br> Received it back with the following defects that was not their when I handed it over the first time:<br> 1) Power button was not put back after some work was performed to the phone<br> 2) Volume rockers is not functioning as they were before it was handed over<br> 3) Back cover of the phone does not want to close anymore on both sides of the phone<br> 4) The screen is not cracked and scratched<br> 5) The metal peace around the screen is badly damaged on two places<br> <br> I have handed the phone back this morning 21 February 2015 and was told that Ian would phone me in this regards and still have not rceived call back to indicate how they will be handeling these issues for me.<br> <br> Please assist me in getting this resolved. These samsung products are valuable.<br>
