Taking money and not delivering

I ordered a drone from him and paid a deposit of a R1000 on the drone he said the drone will be delivered to me by the 17 th of December 2015 when the drone was not delivered he then said he will pay my R1000 deposit back by the 21 ste of December 2015 and now he has all kinds of excuses not to give me my money back. Threatening me with a restraining order and court.
