Taking money and not delivAAing

Money was paid a deposit for drone which was to be delivered on the 17th December 2015 but was still not delivered by the 22nd December 2015. When I asked for my money back I got told I was in breach of contract and a fee of R200. Would be deducted and then I was threatened with the police. I'm still waiting for my money or the drone but nothing.
