I had the opportunity to work with Lebogang Semousu, who operates his business from 18 Hendrina Street, Ridgeway, Johannesburg South, 2091. Initially, my experience was very positive—he made a strong impression and delivered good work on the website in the early stages. However, there were some concerning issues that arose during the process. Before completing all the agreed-upon requirements, he requested full payment, assuring me that the remaining work would be finalized afterward. He later offered to set up online payment functionality and requested an additional immediate payment of R900. Unfortunately, after these payments were made, communication became difficult. He stopped responding to calls and messages, and the outstanding work was not completed. Additionally, I have not been able to take control of the website or email accounts set up, as password resets are not accessible, leaving me unable to manage my own platform. This situation has been disappointing, as he clearly has the ability to produce high-quality work when engaged. However, the lack of follow-through and access has made the overall experience frustrating.
