I was quoted, by the lady (Michelle) working at this business, a price on a replacement screen and a protective screen cover for my phone of R1700. I also checked that they had stock of the product and was assured they did. However when I arrived there, the man serving customers told me I had been quoted on an inferior screen. I tried to reach Michelle before I made the decision because I was upset about this. She didn't respond timeously so I went ahead with the replacement at an added cost of R300 but when I eventually got my phone back I saw a message from her that she would speak to her boss about this. They also did not have the correct size screen protection cover and put a smaller one on. I didn't get an answer as to the inferior product question, but the boss did phone me to come to my house to replace the protective cover, which I was very uncomfortable with. I have not heard anything further from the company but I did send Michelle a message on telegram to no longer advertise on our group as I would respond on the group to stay away from doing business with this company. I found my whole experience with this company very unsettling.
