Zero integrity and zero ethics behavior displayed in buying a Hyundai.

Zero integrity and zero ethics behavior displayed in buying a Hyundai. I would like to share my experience with buying a Hyundai in one of your approved dealerships in Zambezi Motus Select. My review is based on the poor customer service and bad experience with the salesman Victor Mulaudzi and Leana Barnard from the period 15th - 19th March. This experience left a bitter taste in my mouth and the integrity of the dealership is questionable. I would like to warn the public to be careful when dealing with this dealership more so the two persons mentioned above. The experience started well when I went to see the car and confirming that I will be buying it. Leana gave me a quotation with three entries of what I will be paying for and we agreed. The paperwork was drawn and when I was ready to sign the paperwork. I realised that Leana had sneaked in an item on the invoice that was never discussed with me and it was costly for me to pay for it. When I asked her about it. She rudely told me I must pay for it because they have already put it in the car. I responded and told her that I am not going to pay for something that I don't need and I don't agree with just because you have put it in without my permission. She screamed at me and said " DO YOU WANT IT FOR FREE" I repeated my above response to her. The item was than removed from the total cost. The manner in which she handled this had zero integrity. When I informed the salesman. He confirmed that, that's how Leana do business because she gets commission out of those small products. So this is the practice in this dealership? My question? And it is acceptable? What service charter is being upheld here? The second issue was my experience with the salesman himself Victor Mulaudzi. The car was delivered and the first thing that I saw was the carpets were dirty and when I asked him he told that it's their colour. When I washed them it turned out that it wasn't their colour. How can someone lie like that with a straight face. This made me question whether the valet was even done like he promised. The second issue was when the delivery procedure was conducted which is none because he was in a hurry to delivery another car and his lift was on it's way. The paperwork had incorrect personal information I.e my surname was spelled wrong which means the car was going to be registered with the wrong surname (who ever that person was). The paperwork was never explained as part of the delivery procedure. The car inspection on delivery was never done as per the expected procedure (in front of the client taking delivery)and I was expected to sign the paperwork as if it's done. Today, the above procedure hasn't been adhered to. The paperwork is still outstanding. At some stage Victor Mulaudzi told me that the dealership is going to be audited so I must sign the paperwork. Is this what your dealership do to get a clean bill of audit? He thn sent the checklist paperwork that he had signed as if some of the procedure were done. The whole experience and behaviour lacked integrity and I am flabbergasted by the intention to blindside me as the customer so that they may make commission. I will continue warn the public about such behaviour. I don't know the service charter of Hyundai, but if this is what they stand for. The public needs to be educated and the banks should be informed.
