You’re only important before they sell to you

How I wish I would have known I’d have such a terrible experience! I have been for the past month waiting for a vehicle to be registered that we bought at Hyundai Fourways. Everyday for the past three + weeks I keep being told the head office hasn’t released payments for the Natis documents. How on Earth do you sell a vehicle that you yourself as a dealer don’t hold the Natis documents!? As someone who bought the vehicle for business each passing day without registration is money lost. And I really had trust in them when I started doing business. Now I am the one calling everyday, I don’t get updates. It’s clear this dealership only care about moving cars off the floor and not really about after sales. I wouldn’t see myself doing business with them ever again.
