WORST SERVICE RECEIVED FROM HYUNDAI
I am facing such incompetency from Hyundai Corlett Drive, 1. When I bought my vehicle I was promised a vehicle with 17000km on the clock but I received a vehicle with 32000 on the clock that was on the 10/03/2016. I understood, 2. I was supposed to collect the vehicle on the on the 9th David Mambane allowed me to drive through only when I got there that is when he decided to let me know the vehicle is not ready. I understood, 3. On the 10th I returned to Hyundai to collect the vehicle on to find that the vehicle had a few minor faults when I requested that David sign that he is aware of the problems he said that I wanted to get him fired from work bearing in mind that I am the customer but he then decided to sign.Three weeks later I decided to drive to hyundai to find out what's going on,the dealer principal Allen Ngwenya advised it takes 5 working days to get the natis of my vehicle they lost, it has been two weeks now and the 5days don't seem to expire. If the dealer Principal Allen cannot resolve my problem who can? What is the point of giving me number plates, yet i do not have the licence disk on my vehicle? I would like Graig Pinaar to contact me.
