worst service ever still waiting for feedback since April 2015

queried the job carried out in January 2015 and asked hyundai to be book vehicle to see why it was still giving problems. only thing is I am at home due to a risky pregnancy and needed a courtesy car the manager was gonna get back to me I have made numerous calls and to date nothing has been done. 2 days ago I manage to get hold of the manager and he promised to get a service consultant to call me to make a booking and arrange a courtesy car. I am still waiting. I called them now and they put the phone down on me.
