WORST SERVICE EVER FROM HYUANDAI SOUTH AFRICA

I bought a hyuandai h100 bakkie 7 years back . During 2022 i saw that the paint of my bakkie just started pealing off amd falling off the bakkie mostly on the front off the cab . I took my bakkie to Hyuandai Brackenfell where i bought if from originally . They told.me that it does not look right but refered me to a spraypainting business that repairs all their cars amd bakkies . After taking photos of my bakkie they told me they will send the findings to Hyuandai Brackefell which will then send it to Hyuandai South Africa to ask them what they should do because it is definitely a factory error . After not hearing from them for quit a while my wife called them and spoke to a lady called Lucy at Brackenfell branch who then informed my wife that there is no case like that there by them but she will follow it up and let us know . She then came back to my wife to say she resubmitted the claim the Hyuandai South Africa again amd they came back to say that the bakkie must be sprayed over on their cost . Then a guy called Laxton called my wife aswell to say that the claim was appoved bacuase it was a factory fault and that i must brimg the bakkie in they will then respray the bakkie for me without any cost . Another lady called me the end off February again from Brackenfell branch on a thursday to say that i must brimg my bakkie in the friday for them to book it in for the spraywork . I then told her i work for myself i cannot just be without a bakkie i need to make arrangements amd go hire a bakkie to use for the 2 weeks which Laxton told me it will take for them to finish the bakkie . I told her ill bring it in as soon as i can . I went back to them 2 weeks back today and told them i got a rented bakkie now can i bring my bakkie in so they said yes amd i booked it to be taken in on the 20th off April . Hyuandai Brackenfell called me aroumd 16h30 today on Wednesday the 19th to tell me that they will not be spraying the bakkie anymore because it is out off the 5 year warrenty period . I would just like to know why will Hyuandai South Africa approve the claim knowing how old my bakkie was amd now a day before they cancel the clain .
