Worst Service Ever at Hyundai Weltevreden Park

My Wife booked her car in on Thursday 5 March for a dead spot where it loses power. She dropped it of before 9am. By 3 pm my wife had not been contacted. When she phoned hyundai to find out what was happening, she was told that they have not touched the car at all. I Then got involved this morning 6 March and being stationed in Nigeria does not help much. At 8Am Sa time noone answered in the service department it just rang and rang this little ping pong song that gives you a headache was playing while i was holding.
