Worst service EVER!!!

Hi,<br> <br> I recently tried buying a vehicle from Hyundai Lenasia, i sent in my documents and was approved on the vehicle, however, no one ever kept in touch with me during this process, every time i had to phone them to find out what was going on, i was literally just waiting for the final validations to be completed when i phoned again (after not being kept in touch with yet again) just to find out that this vehicle has been sold to someone else! Then, the manager has the audacity to laugh at me when i complain about their service! They won't see me as a customer ever again and i will make sure friends and family are aware of the way i was treated! What happened to customer service?!
