worst service ever!!

On Friday 26.02 I ordered a thermostat housing from Hyundai Springfield because my vehicle was overheating. Sunil advised me the parts would definitely be delivered by Mon. I called him on Mon and he said it is still on its way I can have it by Tuesday. I called him on Tuesday then he said it was being couriered from Jhb and he will call me and advise me when it arrives. I called him Thursday then he says no it came but it was damaged so he returned it and I will definitely have Friday. I called Friday morning and he said it is definitely on its way and he will call me before COB to come and pick it up. COB came and guess what.... Sunil never bothered to call me. I drove to Hyundai on Sat morning only to find Sunil is off for the weekend. I was so upset at the lack of professionalism on this sales agent part I requested to speak to the dealer principle. After wasting 3hrs of my morning I finally got the parts, thanks to the dealer principle.
