Worst service ever

HYUNDAI Plumstead must be the WORST service centre ever!!!???In the 2 yrs I have my Hyundai ix35, and 3 services I have had since at this very branch, not a single service was without problems. From miss quoting prices, to not fixing requested problems to having to return within days of a service because the \fixed"item is once again not working. Why call a client to say the car is ready for collection when you haven't bothered to check that all areas were fixed!!! And all the service consultant could say was \""sorry\"". I told her not to bother as I will not be returning to their centre ever again and would discourage any one thinking of taking their car there to reconsider. They have this big sign at reception saying \""Are you satisfied with our service\"" Not one $&@#!! bit!!!! ??I told them I expect to get a call from their manager in the morning. I'm not holding my breath !"""
