WORST SERVICE EVER!!!

Our car broke down on the 15th July 2017 - the Monday 17th July the Insurance took it to Hyundai Malmesbury. After a week they gave us a quote, we then requested the statements for the previous work they did on our vehicle as it was still under guarantee. The guy working on it (Ulrich was then on leave and only he could supply us with that) AFTER 3 weeks he came back to me.

On the 21 August we asked them to proceed with the fixing of the car.

Till date the car is still not fixed, they came to take back the vehicle i used from them and NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE!!!

After all this bad service when i told the manager Kobus Schaefer we will lodge a complaint on hello Peter he told me we are not afraid of Hello Peter

This is the most pathetic service we have ever received from ANY place and would NEVER buy a car at your garage again!!!!!!

No one is giving us answers - AND TODAYS DATE IT THE 21/09/2017
