WORST SERVICE EVER

We bought a Hyundai IX35 from Stefan in Jan as my fiance works in Sierra Leone we made arrangements to pick up the number plates in March his number plates are personilised and expensive that is why he told them to register the car ons the plates. I have been struggling a week as they registered the car on the wrong plates eventually Dawie informed me Tuesday 10 to 5 we need documents for the number plates I asked what documents and he could not answer me his answer was ill type a letter then and if it does not work i dont know what to do I eventually phoned Hyundai Welkom they assisted me with the registration certificate I emailed it to dawie and no response phoned him today and he gave me the wrong email address twice!!! Now he received the documents and said we must wait until next week. My fiance arrives on Friday and we have plans now we cant even drive our own car because of incompentent people. We will never buy from Hyundai Bloemfontein again!! Terrible terrible after sales service!!
