Worst Service & After Service - Sells Unworthy Cars
I bought a car from Hyundai Zambezi in September. I had the car for a month when it had to go back for the clutch and driveshaft. I have contact Hyundai Zambezi and they refuse to cover the cost, they told me to use the warranty that they sold me with the car. After the warranty there is still a balance of R15 000.00 to be paid after the the claim, which they refuse to assist with. I am a PENSIONER and unable to cover the cost for the repairs. When I bought the car I asked the manager if the is is checked and all repairs done that should have been done, to which he rep**** it was all done the car is in 100% condition.
I bought a car from Hyundai, and had so many problems that they eventually after a year agreed to take it back, then I bought this one from them in exchange for the money the owed me for the previous car. And we financed the balance with MFC. This car also have problems and they refuse to help. As far as I know, by law they should be held liable for any cost within 6 months from when I bought the car.
I would like to have my car back for the festive season as I don't have any other means of transport, I have to rely on my children to take me where I need to go. They are all going away for the holidays.
The new manager Hyundai refuse to assist with my issue, he stating that the car is over the one month warranty, however I had to return the car a week after I bought it for a problem and when the car went in for the clutch and drive shaft , I reported it to Anton Lubbe the previous manager and his response was "What do you want me to do about it" This is the WORST service and I will never support Hyundai again....
They also had 7 managers since I started dealing with them 3 years ago 2015.
Thank you for NOTHING HYUNDAI ZAMBESI.........
