Worst experience ever

Chose a second hand vehicle, filled out an offer to purchase. Went through the Rigmarole of sending all info required, their finance lady submitted forms for finance, I was told I had been approved for finance on the Friday, Monday I was told the vehicle had been sold to another purchaser, I was then told it was a misunderstanding and lack of communication between sales staff, I am yet to receive an appropriate apology from the sales person concerned or the dealer principal. I tried on numerous occasions to contact Hyundai head office Johannesburg but could not get through on the phone, only listened to music waiting for a consultant. VERY POOR SHOW AND SERVICE.
