Worst Dealership Ever, Lies, *******ion

I recently purchased a 2nd hand vehicle from Hyundai Springfield and have had numerous issues with the mechanical problems on this vehicle. Although they have agreed to fix the vehicle they have been drowning themselves by continually lying to me about the status of this vehicle. I went as far as to report this to the dealer principle who is seldom available and doesn't respond to my emails. they make promises that they don't keep and just have no sense of customer service and lack compassion for the predicament they put others in even though they are faulting.My vehicle is lying stripped in there workshop for over a week with no feedback unless a make at least 5 calls daily till someone actually takes the call. The dealer principle assured me that they would have my vehicle ready at noon today and as again failed to deliver, he hasn't returned my calls nor responded to my emails, handovers to someone else who is clueless and my problems start over again. This is one of the worst dealership that I have ever dealt with.
