Worst Customer Service Ever.

My Fiance and i recently traded in our Hyundai i10 1.1 Motion a/t for a Hyundai I20 A/T at Hyundai Pinetown which we took delivery off on the 20/08/2016.

Unfortunately the happiness was short lived.

The salesman assured us upon delivery the i10 would be settled no later than the Monday after we had took delivery which would be the 22/08/2016, to our dismay the i10 was not settled and we were debited for a vehicle we were not in possesion off, further more we were advised by the salesman on the 20/08/2016 we will not be debited further as the vehicle will be settled no later than Monday the 22/08/2016.

Only after sending an email to the Dealer Principle, salesman and F&I was an enquiry made and a new settlement pulled up on the account, only on the 31/08/2016 was the i10 settled. Since the 29th when i had brought this matter to their attention did they actually look at the deal folder, i had requested a refund on the debit only to be refunded just over half the money.

I eventually had got so fed up with the lack of response, that i decided to leave work yesterday 01/09/2016 and visit the Dealership in person to try and have this matter resolved, only to have been treated with such utter disrespect and disregard, whereby The New Vehicles Sales Manager actually had the audacity to raise his voice at me the customer!

I would think since we had spent so much of money at this place that we would have just an ounce of respect or courtesy.

Further more i have spoken to a few customers whom also have had the same/similar issure whereby the Dealership makes the sale and after the sale is concluded no one cares about the customer thereafter.

I sincerely hope this stops with me and this is the only reason i would like for everyone to know so as to make customers aware they should NOT visit this Dealership and don't expect anything more after the sale is concluded.

Regards,

An irate and frustrated customer.
