Worst customer service ever

I booked my car for service at 73 North Rand Rd, Hughes, Boksburg, 1459. The service level is disguting customers are treated like ****. I was told to arrange for shuttle service due to covid, which I did. As I was waiting for my lift I was chased away by the service advisor, to go stand outside as I'm not supposed to wait for my lift in the reception area. It was raining and cold . So I asked them why was this information not given to me on the call so that my lift would collect me immediately. She said she doesnt care I must go. When I asked to see the manager and complain he said, he only knew the covid rules yesterday afternoon. How ridiculous!The lady who did my booking was nonhlanhla. I'm bringing bussiness to you and you treat me like ****. I took my car and will book for it at another dealership. Your service is the worst.
