Worst Customer service

I took my vehicle which is still under warranty for a service at Hyundai Bela-Bela and the technician broke the airbox and tried to hide the evidence and glue the broken part back. I immediately took the vehicle back to confront them about this. They denied that it was their fault and told me to contact Hyundai South Africa and file a complaint. I went ahead and contacted Hyundai South Africa with all the evidence and they came back with the reasoning, it the technician said he did not break it, it is not their responsibility.
