Worst car Dealers Ever

My wife phoned Hyundai in Heidelberg as the car needs to go for its 90 000km service as she will be driving to Klerksdorp for work. The lady that she spoke to do not have the name told her that there is no answer at the service side and she took a message that they will phone back. Later that day she phoned again and the same take a message. When she got home on the 05/05/2016 she spoke to a black man a sales person and told her that it is not how they work taken her number and all to sort it out. Today I phone 9.35 and the lady that answers the phone put me true to carel and when he answers the phone all he say give me a minute as he is on a norther call that I can understand . After he ends the call that I can hear the whole conversation to to friendly to the person on the other call he starts talking to an another person I have hold on for 10 minutes as my work phone have the time on the screen. They want us to buy their cars and that is the service we get. I will never buy a Hyundai again.
