Why do I pay for motor plan?

I've taken my car to Hyundai Wonderboom to get the brakes checked. It makes a noise when I brake...Apparently is was just dust, and everything is fine and the noise is also fixed... Really, it sounds exactly the same. Hyundai even phoned and asked if I was satisfied with the service. Even after telling them that I'm not happy at all, and they promised to phone and arrange for another service, I haven't heard anything from them...my first Hyundai, and I'm beginning to think it would be the last....
