well done

we had a Hyundai i20 in our panel shop for a rear bumper replacement, car is a year old with only 24000 km on the clock. i drove the vehicle to the delivery area and parked it. the customer came to collect the car and it would not start at all. we tried and checked everything, but no go. then i phoned Hyundai paardeneiland and got hold of Deon, the workshop manager.<br> we walked around his workshop to look for a similar car to see what he is dealing with.<br> he took my number and said he would call me back.<br> i though, yeah right, that's the last i will hear from you....<br> mean while im stressing about the car that wont start and the customer looking over my shoulder.<br> a few minutes later Deon phones me back and says someone is one their way.<br> after a while the technician arrived, and not only did he do a diagnostic test, but also checked the plugs and got the car started.i was so thrilled to hear it run !<br> <br> and all of this happened on a Friday afternoon, when all you would normally hear, is you have to wait for Monday......<br> <br> i thank you Deon and your team, would recommend your branch any day !<br> <br> regards<br> Jaco
