We don't need you anymore-we have your money

I traded my Accent in on a new Elantra, initially I was going to take another Accent and was offered R130 00 as a trade in by Daniel. A week after taking delivery of the Elantra I was given the Dealer Commision Schedule I had signed. After going through the document I noticed that I had only been given R110 000 as a trade in. I went in to see Daniel the following day who very rudely told me that only if I took the Accent would I have received the additional R20 000 trade assistance. At NO time was I told by anyone in the Dealership that I would loose this money if I took an Elantra. I get the distinct impression that we sold you the car, we have your money now we don't need you anymore.

I feel deceived and this has left a very bad taste in my mouth. Nobody, not even the DP is prepared to consider the implications to me-you signed, tough luck, we don't owe you anything.
