Wayne Williams is dishonest and a ****

<p>there are too many complaints to mention but today I am at my wit's end. I bought an Elantra in August. I have been trying for 4 months (yes, FOUR MONTHS) to get my spare key and service book. Every time I speak to Wayne he promises me "today" or "tomorrow before 2pm". He now believes his own lies which come out whenever he opens his mouth. This is the last of many straws. I have today lost the one car key I have. Wayne promised to call me back. Now he is not answering his phone. I am a 52 year old woman who now has no transport for at least 4 days. Wayne, you are a despicable human being. </p>
