was sold a car without being serviced

Traded in my hyndai Grand I10 then took a Mazda 6 from Hyndai 31 December 2014, then checked the service book the car was last serviced 2013 November, nothing happened 2014, called the Manager by the Name of Dricus said will check the job card, I called said the job card shows that it was never serviced before it was sold to me, booked the car by his workshop which is Hyundai the guy by the name of Ryan told us that they don't service Mazda I ask Dricus he insisted that the do service other cars, the car came back without being serviced ,said they awaiting some part from Mazda, and the brake pads are faulty in that car . he then decided to take the car to Mazda waited for his call he never called I called him today to ask about the date and time for the appoint with Mazda so that I can take the car to them he told me that he hasn't confirmed an app as yet, I don't have a car my car is at home I'm using public transport I feel that Dricus I s playing games with my mind
