Warranty of brand new car

March 2014 bought a brand new Hyundai I20. On less than 10 000km brake pad were steel on steel.. took car to Germiston to have them check it out.<br> New pads were fitted. Less than 20 000km same problem, took the car back.I was told they are going to replace the callipers which they did and fitted pads again. And so on every less than 10 000km brake pads are done and I fought. Car was send for testing comes back nothing wrong..DRIVER'S ABUSE!!! Henry did some more research and had someone come out to investigate... found back brakes were not working. No new pads were fitted but discs had to be sceemed. Brake pads needs to be replaced again but I'm being held responsible after branch knew about problem from day one. On 50 000km clutch plate had to be replaced as oil leaked on it. On 45 000km service there was a problem because on the system it showed service was already done. Vin mix up according to them, took 2 weeks to get authorization, which I had to phone and ask why? When I asked what the problem was why it took so long but when I phoned h/o on Friday the Monday authorization was there I was very politely told I should have phoned earlier.
