WARRANTY!

In terms of my PLATINUM WARRANTY I am covered for towing to nearest Hyundai through roadsideAssist if car can't be fixed at place it broke down. I followed my warranty to the T. Man who collected my car didn't try to jumpstart my car, he turned the key, saw it didn't start and he just towed. NOWHERE does it say in my contract that I must ask him to jumpstart. Surely he knows his job! NOW, I am liable for towing fees of roughly R1400 because it isn't covered because it could have been jumpstarted at my home!? I am livid and where am I going to find that money before MY car is released to me because YOU didn't follow through on your side on the contract? Why didn't he jumpstart at the scene!? LIVID! I will collect my car today and pay with borrowed money and then you WILL refund me once you have sorted this out.
