Warrant of arrest out for car sold

Sold my Kuga in September 2018 to Hyundai Benoni... Bought a new Tucson... In March 2021 when I went to take out my drivers licence I had a warrant of arrest against my name for the Kuga for a transgression in January 2019... So car supposed not to be in my name any more... I had to pay R1300 not to be arrested... Since then I have spoken to Eric the manager there and send through all the details....2 and a bit months later.... And he is still working on it.... I am fed up.... Please help
