Wanted to buy a vehicle from them

<p>I wanted to buy a vehicle from them on 25 January 2017 around 10h00 in the morning, we app**** for finance and the lady (Ms Lesego) at the finance department told me that one financial instution already give it a approval, as I left she inform me that we must wait for all the other financial instutions to come back to choose which instution to choose, she informed me that she will phone me later that afternoon. I accept it and left for work. As the day end I realise she never phoned me back, so I said if they dont phone me back by 09h00 the next morning I will phone them. On 26 January 2017 around 09h30 I phoned them to enquire about what is the next step. Only to hear from the lady that the guy (Gerrie) who is working on the floor must phone me. I told the lady is fine I will wait for his call. At around 14h00 I decided to phone the Gerrie because he is not coming back to me. When I called the lady at switchboard put me through to the floor and another guy answer only to tell me that the guy is not on the floor at the moment but he will inform him to phone me as soon as he arrive back. Gerrie only phoned me 15h45 to inform me that the finanancial instution declined the application because the vehicle is over priced according it's book price. I told him but one financial instution did gave approval and what happend then there, then he told me I have to pay a deposit in for the transaction to go through. I told him that is fine that I am able to pay the deposit. Then Gerrie told me that he will phoned me back now because the financial lady told him that it is being declined. I decided to drive to the garage, when I got there the Gerrie told me that the car is being sold to someone else but he didnt sell it. I asked them to show me where is the transaction declined? Then they show me the document where it states that the application is pending - vehicle is over priced. I asked them who phoned and asked me if I am able to pay a deposit. None of the personnel phoned me and they sell the vehicle to someone else? What can I do now? I mean I was not even asked if I still can go through with the transaction. That is not fair. Please help me in this matter</p>
