Waiting in anticipation

My Hyundai Getz broke down on the N4 Highway just before Middelburg. The tow truck dropped the vehicle at Middelburg Hyundai last Wednesday. Since then I have been phoning to find out the status. Last Friday it was established that the cam belt had snapped and valves were bent. I gave the go-ahead to fix but am still waiting for a response. They do not have a courtesy vehicle for me and I need a vehicle. I don't know how long I am going to wait for my car to be repaired. There is just no communication at all.
