Waiting for steering wheel buttons from 6 March 2018

I’ve been at Hyundai Hatfield on 6 March 2018 for my 60 000 km service, and since then I’ve been waiting for Hyundai Hatfield to give me feedback on when I can receive the part for them to replace my steering wheel buttons. I’ve been to Hyundai Hatfield in April and they said they forget or the order got messed up. Since then I’ve heard nothing from them. Waiting from 6 March for steering wheel buttons to be replaced after they told me that they will receive the part in 2 days.
