Waited for 2 hours to get shuttled after dropping

I dropped my Hyundai Santa fe for service this morning at 07:20hrs and only got shuttled to my house at 09:20 hrs. I only got to work at 10:00hrs meaning I lost 3hrs of productivity. I can understand waiting for 30 minutes but 2 hours is getting it too far. <br> <br> Wonder why they don't have a bigger shuttle vehicle like a Hyundai H1. Even BMW uses the H1. They transport people in small IX35's and i20's and have only 2 drivers.
